I am particularly proud of these Council achievements
in Cleveland and Raby Bay:
- Introduced modified rating system that reined in the runaway
growth in rates charges
- Tree planting and removal program

Turf works at Masthead Dve Park and Raby Bay Blvd Park
- Playground Strategy developed
- Negotiations started for the Toondah Harbour toilet upgrade
- Master Plans for Cleveland Point, GJ Walter Park and Cleveland
Showground developed
- Cleveland Aquatic Centre upgraded
- School Safe program for local schools developed
- Carpark at the Old School House Art Gallery built
- Donald Simpson Centre improvements
- Children's playgrounds at Linear Park and William Ross Park
